Commissioned by Kendrick Homes for a new housing estate in Dibdale, Dudley as part of the local council's "percentage for art" scheme. My brief was to design, build, and install a landmark sculpture that symbolized the renewal and regeneration of a former mining and industrial area in the West Midlands. Forged and fabricated, galvanized steel with copper panel detailing and plaque. Standing tall at 8.5 metres, with a base spanning 1.5 metres. |
